Reception came to visit Year 6 today bringing their work book with them. They were so excited to share what they have been learning about with their buddies. Year 6 we're amazed at the beautiful art work, writing and pictures throughout their books.
Year 6 have been creating iMovie trailers in Computing. They were set the challenge to create a short trailer telling the story of one of the books Reception have been reading this term. Reception thought they were great.

Reception and Year 6 worked together today to create a Rangoli pattern. The Year 6 buddys supported the reception children to log on the computer, load the programme and use the mouse.

Scientific Classification Presentations for Year 4, by Mr Clifton

As part of our work on classification in science, we had to create branching diagrams to sort and classify animals of the African Savannah. We then had to prepare a presentation for the Year Fours to explain about how animals are classified and show them how our branching diagrams worked.
